Question #1: How in tune are you with current events? Very, I try to always stay informed on all current events I stay informed on important issues, but I also set healthy boundaries I feel like I should be, but it’s just too depressing I don’t really pay attention to current events

Christians should work and vote in ways that enact change in the political sphere Christians should not be involved in politics The political scene is so hopeless; Christians should just give up Christians should support current leaders and the things they stand for

Question #6: What is your first response when you see something wrong in the world? What can I do to fix this? I’m not surprised…things are just getting worse every day There’s so much brokenness…we should create things that point to God’s beauty and power and bring healing to this hurt There’s so much pain, it’s really hard to process it all

The world was a better place centuries ago The world has always been broken, but we can make a difference in this generation The world has always been broken. Honestly? I don’t see what I can personally do about it Yes, the world has always been broken…but it has also always held good and beauty and truth. We must preserve these things

Culture is what’s wrong with the world Culture is the progressing of society into new and better ways of thinking, living, and acting Culture is what people make of the world—beliefs, mindsets, and worldviews affect culture and determine if it’s helpful or harmful Culture is filled with the secular ideas of society and something that Christians should avoid

Question #9: What sources do you rely on most to determine your opinion on current events? Mostly Facebook and Twitter I look to God’s Word first, trusted commentators second I don’t really engage with what’s going on in the world, so I don’t usually have a solid opinion I usually look to news anchors, politicians, and articles on main stream news sites.

Question #10: Looking forward, what are your hopes for culture? I hope to see more people creating good, God-glorifying things that point to Jesus I hope our leaders get it together and enact good changes I hope people learn to live more fully in the moment and appreciate all that’s good in society I hope Christians rise up and fight against the evil in our world
